I am trying to invest some of my hard earned money in Mutual fund lately. I was trying to invest in mutual fund for over 4 yrs ever since I landed in a new job. Not able to successfully start one, since I ran out of money sometime..Now I have started to disclipline myself on my personal finance. I have some more money which I am planning to park in MFs lately. I am going thru the old docs and definitions which I collected earlier. I bumped into the below link of Investor Guide from AMFI which i beleive is useful..
